Are you looking for love? Ready to try something new in the dating world? Then Affiny might be just what you need! But is it really worth your time and effort, or should you keep swiping left on this one? Let’s take a closer look at how this site works and if it can help find that special someone.
I’ve tried a lot of dating sites and apps, but Affiny is definitely not one I would recommend. It’s like the bargain bin version of online dating – it looks cheap and you get what you pay for! Sure, there are some decent people on there, but overall it’s just too much effort to find someone who actually clicks with me. Plus, the matching algorithm isn’t great either; most matches feel random rather than tailored to my interests or preferences. All in all: don’t waste your time or money on this site – steer clear!

How we reviewed Affiny
As an online dating expert, I and my team took a thorough look at Affiny. We tested both the free and paid versions of this site to get a comprehensive understanding of its features. To ensure we got an accurate picture, we sent messages to other users – over 100 in total! It took us several days for this review process but it was worth it as our goal is always to provide you with detailed reviews that can help you make informed decisions about which sites are right for your needs. We also made sure that all aspects were taken into account during our review – from sign-up processes and pricing plans through customer service options available on the website. This allowed us to give readers unbiased information so they could decide if Affiny would be their ideal match or not without any bias involved in the decision making process. Our commitment towards providing honest reviews sets us apart from other review sites who don’t offer such depth when reviewing products like these ones related specifically with online dating services
If you’re looking for a dating site that promises to find your perfect match, Affiny is not the one. I recently tried out this service and was extremely disappointed with its features – both free and paid.
Let’s start with the free version: it offers basic matching services which are pretty much useless if you want to get serious about finding someone special. The only thing they do offer is an algorithm-based system that supposedly finds matches based on compatibility but in reality it just shows random profiles of people who may or may not be compatible with you – so don’t expect any miracles here! Plus, there’s no way to filter results by age range or location either; all these things make me think Affiny isn’t really interested in helping users find their ideal partner at all! The premium membership also doesn’t have anything particularly exciting going for it either – sure, they claim to provide access to more detailed profile information as well as “expert advice from relationship experts” but let’s face it: those "experts" probably aren’t qualified enough anyway…so why bother? On top of that, even though there are some additional features like unlimited messaging (which should actually be available without paying) and priority customer support (really?), overall I feel like this subscription package still falls short when compared against other similar sites on the market today.
Overall then my experience using Affiny has been far from satisfactory; unfortunately this service simply does not live up to expectations when stacked up against competitors such as eHarmony or Matchmaker Pro…in fact I’d go so far as saying avoid them altogether unless you’re desperate for a date because chances are high nothing good will come out of signing up here!
- Affiny uses an extensive personality test to match users with compatible partners.
- It offers a unique “Icebreaker” feature that allows users to send fun and creative messages to other users.
- Affiny has a detailed profile system that allows users to share more information about themselves than most dating sites.
- It has a “Verified Profiles” feature which helps users identify real people from fake profiles.
- Affiny also offers an advanced search function, allowing users to find potential matches based on specific criteria.
Help & Support
If you’re looking for support from Affiny, don’t hold your breath. It seems like they have all the time in the world when it comes to responding to customers – and not in a good way! I reached out twice with questions about their service, but never got any response back.
I checked out their website too see if there was anything that could help me answer my own question without having to wait forever for an email reply…but no luck there either! There isn’t even a page of frequently asked questions or other helpful resources available on their site – which is pretty much unheard of these days.
It’s really disappointing because dating sites should be focused on providing users with excellent customer service since so many people rely on them as part of finding love (or at least someone special). But unfortunately Affiny doesn’t seem up-to-snuff when it comes down to helping its members get what they need quickly and efficiently.
In short: unless you want your emails ignored indefinitely by some faceless entity behind the scenes, steer clear from trying contact support through Affiny – trust me; you won’t find any answers here!
Security & Safety
If you’re looking for a dating app that will keep your safety and security in mind, Affiny is not the one. While it may seem like an attractive option at first glance, there are several red flags when it comes to its safety measures.
For starters, there isn’t any verification process for users on Affiny which makes it difficult to determine if someone is who they say they are or just another bot trying to scam people out of their money. It also doesn’t have any two-step authentication options available so anyone can easily access your account with minimal effort – yikes! And while some apps do fight against bots and fake accounts by manually reviewing photos before allowing them onto the platform, this isn’t something that happens on Affiny either – double yikes! When it comes down to privacy policies too things don’t look much better as many users have reported feeling uncomfortable after seeing their data being shared without consent or even sold off altogether – ugh! All these factors combined make me want steer clear from using this particular dating app anytime soon…
I’ve been around the online dating block a few times, so when I heard about Affiny – an exclusive matchmaking site that promises to bring you “meaningful connections with real people” – I was intrigued. But after trying it out for myself, my verdict is… meh.
The user profiles are public and anyone can view them without signing up or having an account on the platform. You have some basic profile info such as age and location but there isn’t much else beyond that; no custom bio section which makes it hard to get a sense of who someone really is before messaging them (not ideal). Plus, while they do give you your exact location information in the profile (which could be useful if you’re looking for someone nearby), unfortunately there’s no way to hide this from other users if privacy is important to you – not cool! And even though Affiny does tell its members how far away potential matches live from each other in kilometres/miles etc., don’t expect any kind of map feature showing exactly where these people are located – again not great news if distance matters at all when finding love online! On top of all this let-downness, premium subscriptions don’t offer many benefits either; sure they allow access more features like seeing who has viewed your profile recently or sending unlimited messages per day…but nothing groundbreaking here compared with what free sites already provide nowadays anyway! To make things worse still: during my time using Affiny I encountered several fake profiles too which just added insult injury given their promise "real" meaningful connections only… ughhh!!
Overall then? Not impressed by Affiny at all sadly 🙁 If only they’d put more effort into making their user experience better then maybe we’d have something worth talking about here…
Affiny is a dating site that offers users the chance to find love online. Unfortunately, it comes with a hefty price tag. While there are some free features available on Affiny, if you want access to all of its bells and whistles then you’ll need to shell out for one of their paid subscriptions – and boy oh boy can they be pricey!
The most basic subscription starts at $49 per month which isn’t exactly pocket change. And while this might seem like an attractive option compared to other sites’ pricier packages, it’s still quite steep when considering what else is out there in terms of cost-effective options. Plus, even after signing up for the most expensive package (which will set you back around $99 per month), many users have complained about not being able get full use from all the features due technical issues or bugs in the system – so paying top dollar doesn’t always guarantee satisfaction either way!
Overall I’d say that unless money really isn’t an issue for you then Affiny probably isn’t worth your time or hard earned cash as there are better value alternatives available elsewhere with more competitive pricing structures – plus no hidden fees too boot!
|Free||$0||Create a profile, Search for matches, Send messages|
|Plus||$30||Unlimited messaging, See who viewed your profile, Advanced search filters, No ads|
|Premium||$60||Access to exclusive events, Priority customer service, Profile boost|
Some alternatives to Affiny include OkCupid, Tinder, and Match.com. These sites offer similar features such as detailed profile creation and matching algorithms to help users find compatible partners.
- Plenty of Fish
- Best for people who are looking for a serious relationship.
- Best for singles over 30 years old.
- Best for those seeking to find someone with similar values and interests.
No, Affiny is not free. It’s a paid service and it costs money to use the site. Not worth it in my opinion!
Affiny is a dating site that makes you answer a bunch of questions to supposedly find your match. It’s really just an algorithm and it doesn’t work very well in my experience. Plus, the website isn’t even user friendly – I had trouble navigating around!
I wouldn’t say Affiny is worth the money. It’s not really any better than other dating sites out there, and it definitely doesn’t have enough features to justify its price tag. I’d suggest looking for something else if you’re serious about online dating.
Finding people on Affiny is a huge hassle. It’s hard to narrow down your search and you have to fill out an extensive questionnaire just for the chance of finding someone compatible. I wouldn’t recommend it as a dating site, there are much better options out there.
